The main purpose of the training is to make employers and employees aware of the importance of occupational health and safety.
Pre-graduate:
The main objective with the teaching is to teach the student the basic elements of Community health within a systematic approach as well as the implications and implementation of the theoretical knowledge in practice.

5. Public health for undergraduate Optometry students in the SAHP
Post-graduate:
Family medicine and occupational health practitioners. The teaching methods are based upon the necessity and importance of a holistic approach to patients and communities.
