At the local San village you can experience a variety of San activities such as tracking in the veldt (bush), fire making traditional San fire sticks, craft making and hunting in the traditional San way. These traditional skills are passed down from generation to generation and the San people take it in turns to come into the area from as far as the Tsumkwe region where they spend up to 3 weeks sharing their skills with visitors to Namibia. This is an excellent way for the San to preserve their knowledge and to earn a living through tourism. From there you will head through to the N/a’ankuse Lodge where you can enjoy lunch in the lodge and the chance to relax for a bit by the pool.

Afternoon: City & Township tour
This three-hour tour will give you a stunning view over Windhoek from the famous Lover’s Hill while you get to know the comprehensive history of Windhoek and Namibia from colonial era to modern day.
This tour is mostly driven and does not require vigorous walking.
