The Staff Helpdesk aims to work closely with support service modules to promote the integration of technology in learning and teaching through sound pedagogical principles including the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of online/blended learning practices. This support encompasses the Bloemfontein, Qwaqwa, and South campusses.
