90 g Belgiese sjokolade (wit, bruin of donker)
60 mℓ (4 e) witsuiker
250 mℓ (1 k) water
125 mℓ (½ k) kondensmelk
500 mℓ (2 k) kookmelk

Knippie sout
1 mℓ vanieljegeursel
125 mℓ room, styf geklits met 2 e strooisuiker

Hou melk warm in kastrol, en plaas in 'n ander een sjokolade, suiker, water en kondensmelk; laat dit liggies kook vir 2 minute.

Voeg die kokende melk, sout en vanielje by die sjokolade-mengsel en verwyder van hitte.

Giet in warm koppies en spuit room op. Bedien dadelik met churros.
