As we celebrating Women’s Month, University of the Free State Drama and Theatre Arts Department presents. To Be Like This Rock, written by Standard Bank Young Artist Award winner for Drama 2011 Neil Coppen. The play tells the harrowing story of five girls taken from their homes and forced into human trafficking; their lives feed the sex trade. All they wish for is "to be like this rock" that can be smash and broken, but feel nothing.

“Wathint' Abafazi Wathint' imbokodo! You struck women, you struck a rock”

Directed by: Gerben Kamper and Godfrey Manenye
