Research:

I am a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics and Finance, and my interests are in the areas of economics; behavioural and experimental economics; econometrics; financial literacy education; development economics; financial innovation; international economics; and welfare economics.

It is important to me to empower students with economics knowledge, which is a critical requirement in South Africa and the world over.

I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of the Free State and have received my Master of Science in Economics, BSc Honours in Economics, and DipEd Mathematics from the University of Zimbabwe.
