Hanle Posthumus is currently working as an assistant researcher in the Research on Teaching and Learning focus area. She has been part of the South African Student Engagement team since 2013 and is involved in the online designing of the different student engagement surveys, statistical analysis of student engagement data through the use of SPSS and compiling of institutional reports.

Hanle obtained her B.Sc. degree in 2011 and B.Sc. Honours (Genetics) degree in 2012 (cum laude), both from the UFS. She is currently doing her master’s degree in Genetics at the UFS.
