Ninette Aucamp has a BA in Psychology and an honours degree in Industrial Psychology. She is currently busy with her master’s in Higher Education Studies.

Ninette’s working experience includes lecturing, facilitation, academic programme development, assessment and moderation, development of multi-media, design, marketing and promotions, counselling, psychometry, development and implementation of student support programmes, project management, recruitment and selection, research, and report writing.

Ninette is appointed as senior officer in Academic Advising in the CTL. She is currently involved in the coordination of CTL academic advising initiatives, implementation of new academic advising initiatives, staff training and development, and research on academic advising. Her focus is students from Natural and Agricultural Sciences and adult learners.
