Winnie Sereeco a lecturer at the University of the Free State, where I lecture entrepreneurship and general management; she also lectures operations & logistics, Economics and strategic management at the University of the Free State Business School. I have a huge background and experience in both public and private sector in development, capacitating and funding of small business. An entrepreneur at heart, have gained experience as a mentor and entrepreneur to small businesses in different sectors. I hold a MCom degree from the University of Johannesburg, I am currently pursuing my PHD at the University of the Free State.

- Community engagement at Bloem Shelter, Bloemfontein, women were trained on entrepreneurial skills to be able to be independent and start their own businesses for continuous sustainability. (2019).
- Project participation – with Coca-Cola on capacitating and development of young entrepreneurs in Lejweleputswa District Municipality (2020)
