University of the Free State:

            Programme Director (Extended Programme in EMS faculty) January 2014-current.

Mainly responsible for managing, marketing and developing the Extended Programme degrees at the faculty of Economic and Management Sciences.

            Junior Lecturer (Department of Industrial Psychology) from August 2013-current.

Responsible for co-ordinating first year Industrial Psychology modules to University Preparation Programme and Extended Programme students in the Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences.

            Facilitator: (Department of Industrial Psychology & Psychology) from January 2006-current:

Facilitate Skills and Competencies for Lifelong Learning module (VBL108) and Introduction to Human Resource Management and Introduction to Individual Differences to University Preparation programme and Extended Programme students.

            Part-time Junior Lecturer:
