I am currently a Co-ordinator (Academic) and Facilitator responsible for three B Admin Extended degree modules, that is, EFPA2515, EFPA2625 & EFPH2625, at South Campus. These modules are presented for the department in collaboration with the University Preparation Programme.
As an emerging researcher I have one publication in a referred journal to date. The focus of the publication was on human resource capacity building. However, my research interest include human resource in the public service, governance and service delivery and youth participation and skills development. Due to my passion for youth development, I am currently undertaking few research activities related to youth bulge and youth participation in skills training programmes. My area of expertise include government systems, public administration and management theories, human resources management and macro and micro organisational analysis.
