SHORTENED OVERVIEW

I seek to serve the University, the Department of Industrial Psychology, and the National and International Community through my professional expertise in the field of Career Psychology and Development. I also seek to serve on a micro- and macro level by applying my experience, knowledge and skills, and innovative techniques in my teaching, research and community engagement role, employing my various networking, leadership and organising skills. I am registered at the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), the South Africa Career Development Association (SACDA) and the Psychology Society of South Africa (PsySSA). My focus areas include Career Psychology, Psychometric Assessment, Career Construction, and Life Designing as a counselling and intervention method.
