Similar to an action research study I conducted, teaching in itself is a continuous process of recognising a need for change, developing a plan, implementing the plan, observing and making sense of it. An exhausting, but valuable experience and assisted me in discovering my own teaching style and I believe teaching is an ongoing action research process.
