Bunmi Omodan: a lecturer and a certified human resource manager with PhD in Education Management and Leadership, University of the Free State, South Africa; Master degree in Educational Management and B. A. Ed in English Language, Ekiti State University, Nigeria. The Managing Editor of Interdisciplinary Journal of Education Research and Interdisciplinary Journal of Rural and Community Studies, the coordinator and founder of Education Research and Rural Community Development Forum. Currently a member of British Education Leadership, Management and Administration Society (BELMAS), Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP) and Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM). I have published articles in various local and international journals, chapters-in-book and local and international conference proceedings among others. My research focus include but not limited to decoloniality and Africanised pedagogy, social crisis management and University Transformation, Ubuntu and Democratic Education.
