Short CV

I am an ad-hoc Lecturer with 4+ years of experience in the field of academics. I have published 15 articles in learned Journals with additional 3 articles accepted for publication and 7 submitted for consideration in various accredited journals. I have supervised 4 post Graduate honour students and currently supervising six Masters students in the QwaQwa campus of the University of the Free State. I am the Managing Editor of Journal of Education Research and Rural Community Development (JERRCD), and a reviewer for four national and international journals. I am a certified Human Resource Manager, and a PhD holder in Education Management and Leadership at the School of Education Studies, University of the Free State, with Master degree in Educational Management and B. A. (Ed) in English Language at Ekiti State University, Nigeria. I am adept in adopting unique approaches in teaching-learning sessions, bringing and sustaining fundamental changes with a focus on overall student’s development and progress.  I am purpose-driven, proficient in general computer-related applications with proactive and innovative research abilities and proven skills in time management. A resourceful team player who is ready to work with a passion for excellence beyond result delivery and with little or no supervision
