The event will start with a visit to the simulation facilities in the School of Nursing on 6 April 2019 from 10:00 to 12:00. Refreshments will be available. Please see https://goo.gl/maps/gtZGf76xa2t for the location. The gala event will be held at the University of the Free State Centenary Complex, Bloemfontein Campus, on the evening of 6 April. On 7 April 2019, a church service will take place in the Anglican Church in Bloemfontein at 09:00.
An SMS with instructions on the payment of tickets will be sent closer to the date to the cell number provided during registration. The Department of Finance at the University of the Free State uses a system from Nedbank known as Karri, which is a mobile application that must be downloaded on a mobile device to facilitate payment. Instructions will be provided in the SMS. Note that you will have to pay within five working days after the SMS has been received from the UFS, using the Karri application (https://karri.co.za/) as per instruction received at the time. Take note that no payment is refundable.
Closer to the date, you will receive an email with an invoice and a unique reference number with payment instructions and banking details. By selecting Method 2, you understand that you will have to pay within five working days of receiving the payment instruction. Take note that no payment is refundable. NOTE: You can pay the fee of R110 p.p. using one of two methods as indicated above. Please select your preferred method.
