Short CV

Annebelle Smit completed her BA degree Drama and Theatre Arts in 2010 with majors in Afrikaans and Dutch Literature and Drama and Theatre Arts at the University of the Free State (UFS) in Bloemfontein. Annebelle was appointed as a part-time lecturer at the UFS. In 2011 Annebelle completed her Honours degree with a distinction and in 2012 she completed her Master’s degree (cum laude) in Drama and Theatre Arts within one year. Annebelle is currently a professional stage actor, designer, and director in addition to being a full-time lecturer at the Department of Drama and Theatre Arts. She is currently busy with her Ph.D degree in Drama and Theatre Arts and will receive her degree at the end of 2019.
