Overview of the Volunteer Programme

The aim of the programme is to give the university community and stakeholders who are interested in the function of the institute, an opportunity to get involved and to participate in identifying issues related to arts and social justice, research, and transformation.

By the end of the programme, volunteers are equipped with proper insights and are able to critically analyse transformation issues and add value to finding solutions in addressing these.

The programme annually accommodates a number of shortlisted candidates – to a maximum of 20 volunteers on the Bloemfontein Campus and 15 on the Qwaqwa Campus.
