Lotti Nkomo

Lotti Nkomo is a final-year doctoral student with the International Studies Group, University of Free State. After completing his BA (Honours) at the University of Zimbabwe, he enrolled for his MA in the ISG in 2014. In 2016 he rejoined the ISG to commence his doctoral studies. His thesis is titled: Zimbabwe-South Africa political relations, 1980-2008. It gives a nuanced study of the political interactions between Zimbabwe and South Africa starting in 1980, Zimbabwe’s year of independence. Lotti has research interests in various aspects of Zimbabwe’s post-independence political processes.
