Sibanengi Ncube

Sibanengi rsSibanengi Ncube is a final-year PhD student. He holds a Diploma in Law from the Judicial College of Zimbabwe, a BA (Hons) in Economic History and MA in African Economic History, both from the University of Zimbabwe. His thesis focuses on post- Second World War global, regional and local dynamics in colonial Zimbabwe’s tobacco industry. His future interests include exploring the economic, environmental and public health nexus in Zimbabwe’s tobacco industry, the gendered nature of global commodity value networks, and legal history, particularly aspects of the criminal justice system.
