The cost implication of employee dishonesty and how to manage the risk by applying corporate and ethics-governance models; Risks of poor corporate governance resulting in e.g. corruption and occupational fraud; The relationship between legislation, corporate rules and ethical imperatives; How corporate governance evolved over the years and what future expectations are; The applicability of corporate governance in the South African legal context; Basic ethics vocabulary and ethical decision-making models; Ethical duties of directors and ethical dilemmas that they may face; and The long-term value of ethical behaviour and good governance. |
