We connect the UFS with the media worldwide

The Department of Communication and Brand Management is the official mouthpiece of the university, disseminating information by means of the UFS Media Office. Spokesperson Lacea Loader spearheads the division while supervising and managing all media-related activities. The Media Office acts as the custodian and brand agent of the university’s profile across local, national, and international printed, electronic, and online media.

As part of its core function, the Media Office issues official media statements, organises and facilitates media exposure for the university and its people, and connects journalists with our experts. In addition, we provide support to staff and students with regard to media relations and are also able to assist film and photography groups on our three campuses.
