At House Veritas, sport is an integral and very important aspect. Sport is one of our main focuses, and we have to create a platform for all members of Veritas where they can stand out above the rest and thus improve their sporting career for the future.

House Veritas participates in 18 different sport codes, namely: rugby, soccer, hockey, cricket, water polo, tennis, table tennis, squash, badminton, and chess – to name just a few. House Veritas almost always finishes in the top three and are currently the champions in cricket, table tennis, badminton, swimming, water polo, athletics, chess, and squash. We also gained a second place in tennis and hockey and played in the rugby plate final.

House Veritas has, in the past five years, been the overall best men's sports residence on campus and we defend the cup with everything we have each year. Become part of a residence that stands back for no one on the field, and that is nationally known for its sporting achievements.
