Henda currently works as Senior Officer in the Access Focus Area at the Centre for Teaching and Learning, with the University Preparation Programme as her main focus area. She acts as Programme Coordinator and gives assistance to the South Campus and the sub-regions of Bethlehem, Oudtshoorn, Sasolburg, Kimberley and Welkom. She also assists in QwaQwa and on the Main Campus in Bloemfontein.

Henda is responsible for the printing and distribution of study material, ordering and distribution of textbooks, handling of book fees on student accounts, and coordinating examinations. She is also involved in other administrative aspects of the University Preparation Programme, including providing assistance to Mr Francois Marais (Administrative Director for CTL) in matters concerning the programme.
