The Support Services and Operations team of the South Campus is responsible the following functions on campus:

  • Applications, admissions and registrations of formal programs (NPDE, ACT Varsity College LLB and Short Learning Programs)
  • Capturing and processing of all results for the NPDE, ACT, Varsity College LLB and Short Learning Programs students.
  • All office keys (queries, cut and duplications)
  • Printers and copiers (queries, ordering of toner, reporting)
  • Office telephones (queries and reporting) in conjunction with ICT
  • Venues (bookings via Bloemfontein campus and reporting via HEMIS)
  • South Campus intranet (queries, reporting and maintenance)
  • South Campus web page (development and maintenance)
  • South Campus marketing and social media
  • Additional Examination Applications (in conjunction with Bloemfontein campus Examination Administration and the Appeals Committee when needed)
  • Dishonesty Cases (in conjunction with SDMU)
  • Maintaining and updating of staff intranet (Sharepoint)
  • Occupational Health and Safety
