LISTEN: Article recording of LAW Career Week 2022.
From 22 to 24 March 2022, UFS Career Services hosted their annual Law Career Week to help students prepare for the world of work in an online format. Students got an inside peek at what it really means to work with the law by attending online presentations by leaders in the field. Legal skills can take you beyond the courtroom into just about any industry you would like to pursue.
On the first day, two legal companies gave one-hour presentations and students could also attend a session to help them compile an eye-catching CV and develop job interview skills. A hot topic for the day was a deep dive into the controversial vaccination policy. The day concluded with an insightful discussion by an international personal brand expert.
Attendees rewarded in numerous way – getting inside info and treated to a lucky draw.
