The rules of the University of the Free State are applicable to you in all respects during the course of your studies.
- General rules may change from year to year. Please ensure that you are familiar with the applicable rules before registration. The rules can be found on the UFS website at www.ufs.ac.za/policy.
- Curriculum compilation takes place in accordance with faculty rules. If there is any uncertainty about degree/module codes, please obtain curriculum enrolment advice before registration. Students must please note that the UFS changed the curricula of all qualifications during 2014/2015 and consequently the modules codes have been changed. Module codes have been changed to a large extent and students must ensure that they are knowledgeable of the changes that will influence their registration. The faculty rule books can be found on the UFS website at www.ufs.ac.za/templates/rule-books.
