The Abraham Fisher Residence (Vishuis) at the University of the Free State (UFS) recently received the trophy as well as the prize money for their winning performance during the 2010 Steinhoff Residences Rugby Championships. Mr AJ Valentine, the Marketing Manager at Steinhoff International, handed over the trophy.

At this occasion, attended by the 25 Vishuis players, representatives of Kovsie Rugby, the coaches, as well as the UFS management, the team was congratulated and thanked for this achievement. With major victories, like the 22-7 against Dagbreek of the Stellenbosch University, the team not only portrayed their passion for the game; they also exceeded all expectations,” said Mr Valentine.
