Our Programme Offering
At the Shepherd Centre we have new and exciting Short Learning Programmes available to help meet the need we see in the religious community that we serve. Our programme offering is designed to not only give participants knowledge in the field, but to also help them develop skills to better serve their own religious communities efficiently.
Our programmes will equip participants with approved and recognisable qualifications that can allow them to RPL for further studies in the Faculty of Theology and Religion, and furthermore to register for a designation with the Association of Christian Religious Practitioners (ACRP) which is the professional body in place for religious practitioners and is recognised by SAQA. The programmes offered by our Centre carry CPD (Continuous Professional Development) points that will benefit our participants by providing them with a route to increase their level of up to date knowledge in the field of Theology and Religion.
