1.    What impact has GradStar had on your life in 2023?

GradStar has helped me improve some of my strongest as well as weakest skills that will set me apart from my colleagues. This was done through the FutureFit performance test that tests a student’s employability through their character traits. It also connected me with the country’s most brilliant and alike mind who share similar goals with me.

2. How do you stay motivated and on track with your studies?

Setting attainable goals for myself really helps because it feels possible and feeds the soul. Time-management is critical, I try to do as much as I can when I can to avoid being overwhelmed. When overwhelmed, I mediate. I always ask God for guidance and to keep me grounded.

3. What drives you to excel in your studies?

Everyone in my life. I have been blessed with a loving circle that always remind me of who I am and my capabilities especially in times where I am on the verge of breaking down. My parents are forever supportive and are proud of every goal I achieve, big or small. My friends are always breaking records in spaces we dreamt of, and I am reminded always that, excellence is not an act but a habit.

4. Will you recommend GradStar to other students? Why/Why not?

I would definitely recommend GradStar to students. It is a big stepping stone when one wants to cross the bridge from being a student to networking with their future employers. The experience is of a lifetime.

5. What are your plans for 2023?

In 2023, I plan to finish my Honors, and seek for vacancies that will add on to my agriculture experience. Most importantly, I plan to rest fully during the festive season, catch up with my family and friends and go to church with my father.
