Shared Institutional Values
While each partner institution (UFS, University of Botswana (UB), University of Namibia (UNAM)) articulates a unique value framework, several values overlap conceptually. Titles and definitions may differ; however, there is strong alignment across excellence, student-centered development, accountability, care, equity, and social justice. All three institutions emphasise awareness of social issues and the equitable treatment of all groups impacted by the institution.
