Nobomi Duma is a dedicated social progress pioneer living with dystonic cerebral palsy and polymyoclonus. Her journey is a testament to resilience and a profound passion for creating positive change in her community. As a proud alumna of the University of the Free State, Duma holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree, which has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to advocate for social justice and inclusivity.

In her professional role as Assistant Community Development Practitioner, Duma applies her education and experiences to drive social progress initiatives. She has pursued additional certifications to enhance her expertise, including a Basic Computing Skills Certificate from Germiston Computer College, a Certificate in Biblical Training for Ministry from Re-Forma, and participation in the IASSW e-learning programme on Global Standards for Social Work Education and Training.
