Important Notes

  • All participants (solo and group) must be registered UFS students for the full academic year of 2025.
  • Only one entry per person or group  is permitted
  • For group entries, only the main contact person must complete the form.
    (All group members must also be registered UFS students.)

Upload Guidelines:

  • When uploading files enter your Name and Surname when prompted for a name
  • Motivation (including social media handles)
    Format: PDF | Max Size: 2 MB
    Keep it focused (max 200 words). May include links to Instagram, TikTok, or other performance samples.
  • Audition Video
    Format: MP4 or MOV  no more than
    Length: less than 5 minutes

Helpful Tips:

  • Use apps like Adobe Scan, Microsoft Lens, or CamScanner to digitize documents into PDFs.
  • Compress large videos with tools like HandBrake, Clideo, or Video Compressor apps.
  • Test all uploads before submission to avoid errors or delays.
