Innocensia Mangoato says she’s always had an interest in science, and initially wanted to study medicine. She ended up doing a BSc in Physiology and genetics.
Innocensia Mangoato, Pharmacology Masters graduate, recently appeared on SABC3's flagship youth programme Hectic Nine9, after her research on using cannabis in cancer treatment earned her a 2018 Women in Science Award.

Three staff members from the University of the Free State's (UFS) Department of Industrial Psychology will be attending the European Applied Business Conference and deliver papers in Prague, Czech Republic from 8-11 June 2009.
