As the weather starts to cool and the trees begin to lose their leaves, the University of the Free State (UFS) commences with the Autumn graduation preparations, which will take place in the Callie Human Centre on the Bloemfontein Campus from 9-13 April 2018.
Students and their families can look forward to a fulfilling graduation ceremony that is bound to live up to the soon-to-be graduates’ dreams.

The graduation ceremonies for the different faculties will be taking place on the following dates:

UFS assists Oranje with science education

The Research Institute for Education Planning (RIEP) at the University of the Free State (UFS) is in the process of establishing a TRAC laboratory at the Oranje Secondary School for Girls. The laboratory will comprise of nine (9) computer stations and each station is equipped with a series of apparatus which, with the help of specialised software, will be used as an aid in the science class. The laboratory will assist learners in the understanding and practicing of science on an outcome based manner.
