Faculty of Theology and Religion: Admission

Students must adhere to two kinds of regulations:

  • General Regulations and
  • Faculty Regulations.

The General Regulations are applicable to all the qualifications and programmes presented at our university. These regulations are contained in Part I of the Yearbook of the university and inter alia deal with:

  • admission to the university,
  • registration as student,
  • pass requirements,
  • examination regulations.

Therefore, students must take note that the General Regulations apply to all the qualifications presented at the Faculty of Theology.

Faculty Regulations apply specifically to the degree and other programmes in this faculty.

The regulations that apply when a student registers are valid for the duration of his/her studies in respect of the particular qualification.
The responsibility rests entirely with the student to be up to date with the general regulations and faculty regulations.
