The Academic Staff and Leadership Development (ASLD) team strives to increase innovation and excellence in the teaching and learning practices through innovative and ongoing academic development and support practices. ASLD has two distinct focuses providing development and support opportunities to academic staff in the field of learning and teaching and secondly academic leaders and heads of departments who form part of the Academic Leadership Programme (ALP).
