I am a lecturer in the Department of Business Management at the University of the Free State. I am responsible for undergraduate modules in the fields of  Entrepreneurship. I have also been involved with the Short-Learning program at the Business School of the University of the Free State presenting Financial Management modules.

 

My research interests are Entrepreneurship and Management. This interest is combined with community engagements. I co-ordinated the Entrepreneurship Programme between MTN and the University of the Free State from 2014 – 2016. I am currently (2020 - 2021) involved with an entrepreneurship programme hosted by the Coca-Cola Company.

 

Teaching is very close to my heart and I feel that lecturers or teachers can have a big impact on someone’s life. Therefore I strive to make the learning process enjoyable.  I have won an Excellence in Teaching and Learning award for assessment practices  from the University of the Free State.
