This is an excellent qualification for students who want to become legal advisors in the financial services industry such as banks and insurance companies, as well as for students who want to practice as attorneys and advocates eventually. This degree is also suitable for the regulatory environment of the financial services industry such as the SA Reserve Bank and the Financial Services Board. Graduates with a BCom (Law) degree may proceed with postgraduate studies in the fields of Business Management, Economics or LLB.

NSC + AP = 33
Language of Instruction = Achievement Level 4 (50%)
Mathematics = Achievement Level 4 (50%)
