Bontle Manaire is from North West province, after matric she started studying at the University of the Free State in 2008. She obtained her B.Sc. in (Microbiology & Biochemistry) and Diploma in Quality Management in 2011. Worked part-time at Parexell Farmovs as a Lab Assistant from 2010-2013. In 2013 she completed her Medical Technician internship at the National Health and Laboratory Services (NHLS) in Clinical Pathology (Distinction) and is registered at the Health and Professional Counsel of South Africa (HPCSA). Worked at SANCL (South African National Control Laboratories) as Medical Analyst from 2015-2016. Worked at Pathcare Laboratories as Medical Technician from 2016-2022. Started working at the Genetics Department from 2018 till to date as Lab Technician/Manager.
