Work
Alna Beukes received her B.Bibl and Bibl Honours degrees between 1992 and 1995. In 1992 she started her professional career in the Library and Information Services at the Central University of Technology, Free State (CUT) and in 2003 took up a position at the UFS. She is the assistant editor for Acta Structilia as well as Town and Regional planning accredited journals. She coordinates and manages all editorial processes and upload and administer all journal content and meta-data in the online journal system (OJS) platform for both these journals. She compiles and publishes booklets for students in the Department of Quantity Surveying and Construction Management on academic writing, assignment writing and the use of the Harvard method of referencing.
