• BSc Construction Economics Management Residential Learning (Full-time studies) - For the prospective Quantity Surveyor and/or Construction Manager   

• BSc Construction Management / BSc Quantity Surveying Compact Learning (Part-time studies) - This programme is only applicable if you are 22 years of age and older and are employed full-time in the Construction / Quantity Surveying Industry.

Postgraduate Degrees 

• BSc Hons Construction Management / BSc Hons Quantity Surveying Residential Learning (Full-time studies). Closing date: Annually on 30 September.

• BSc Hons Construction Management / BSc Hons Quantity Surveying Compact Learning (Part-time studies). Closing date: Annually on 30 September.
