Tswelopele – Brotherhood and Excellence
The Tswelopele Residence Community was established in 1999. We are proud of our students, who excel in all areas of student life, including sports, academics, and cultural activities. We also pride ourselves on creating a shared space that fosters a strong brotherhood for our 181 students. Both these ideals are reflected in our motto: 'Brotherhood and Excellence'. This also embodies our belief that brotherhood inspires excellence. For this reason, each of our students is a co-creator of our shared space and strives to bring out the best in each other.
We value each unique identity, as diversity is our strength as a residence community. At Tswelopele, your beat is part of our rhythm, and our rhythm is strong and thriving. As part of our residence community, you are part of a force that needs to be reckoned with, firmly rooted in Kovsie student life.
