About IIS

IIS is the unit at the university that is responsible for the management and provision of information and analysed data to various internal and external stakeholders. This includes support to Academic Planning and Monitoring by providing relevant institutional information in various areas of concern.

This unit’s purpose is to develop a vision for information and how information can create value for the Institution by providing management information, standard reports and analytics to support decision making.

What We Do


Strategic Planning Support

Invloves Enrolment planning, Implementation of BI strategy, Monitoring Institutional plans and Integrated planning.

Ad Hoc Request

Ad hoc requests are serviced at the Management Information office to internal and external UFS stakeholders.

Reporting

HEMIS reports and Dashboards reports.
