1. What impact has GradStar had on your life in 2018?

GradStar gave me the platform and opportunity to meet goal-driven young people who are passionate about what they do. I interacted with a few sponsors and all-in-all I got a mentor. GradStar broadened my interests in terms of the career path I would like to follow because I noticed that the industry has so much to offer.

2. How do you stay motivated and on track with your studies?

I remind myself of all the things I want to achieve (both long-term and short-term). I break the work up into manageable loads and I give myself breaks in-between my study sessions.

3. What drives you to excel in your studies?

Failure. I have experienced the sour, unpleasant taste of failure. What keeps me driven is that I take all my unsuccessful attempts as a lesson or feedback to notify me that I am a few ingredients away the sweet flavour of success. I strive for progress.

4. Will you recommend GradStar to other students? Why/Why not?

I most certainly would. This is a great opportunity to network and grow. You might be meeting your future business partners or colleagues at the summit.

5. What are your plans for 2019?
