This workshop was presented by the Staff Wellness Division of the Health and Wellness Centre and took place on 24 April 2013 on the UFS Bloemfontein campus.
Ms Lisl Foss (Counselling Psychologist) facilitated the workshop and academic and support staff attended.
Outcomes:

Increased awareness of personal strengths and weaknesses by undergoing a comprehensive, state-of-the-art strengths test.

Knowledge of how to manage individual strengths in order to improve energy levels and performance in the workplace.

Knowledge of how to compensate for the effects of individual weaknesses to prevent poor performance and energy drain in the workplace.

Information about how to develop areas of potential and use these for appropriate goal setting.

Understand how to achieve resilience by harnessing the information on their individual strengths profiles.
