Innocensia Mangoato says she’s always had an interest in science, and initially wanted to study medicine. She ended up doing a BSc in Physiology and genetics.
Innocensia Mangoato, Pharmacology Masters graduate, recently appeared on SABC3's flagship youth programme Hectic Nine9, after her research on using cannabis in cancer treatment earned her a 2018 Women in Science Award.

Prospective student looks forward to being independent

“I feel overwhelmed about joining Kovsies next year. When I received the email saying I was provisionally accepted, I was so happy. I’m looking forward to meeting new friends, and becoming independent when I move into res,” said Lencoe.
