Delegates are responsible for booking and paying their own accommodation.
A list of 32 hotels and guest houses in the immediate vicinity of the UFS campus has been compiled (see “Accommodation map” and “Accommodation detail”).
Although most delegates will be able to walk the distance between the conference venue and their accommodation with ease, transfers to and from the conference venue are, along a specific route (see “Accommodation map” attached), available at a nominal amount (see Registration).
Almost all accommodation is also within easy walking distance from shopping malls and/or the Bloemfontein Waterfront.
