There is an opportunity for twenty people to join their South African colleagues on a post-conference field trip to compile a species list for a nature reserve and experience true African bush.

Rooipoort Nature Reserve in the Northern Cape will be visited from 17-19 April 2010. The very reasonable cost of R900 includes all meals, accommodation and travel, and is payable at the ICRBM4 secretary’s desk within the first two days of the Conference.

Participants can expect to be back at the Bloemfontein Airport by 13h00 on Monday 19 April.

See the attached pictures and http://www.diamondroute.co.za/ for more detail on the reserve.

Those interested are encouraged to book with Nico Avenant (navenant@nasmus.co.za) and Duncan MacFadyen (duncan.macfadyen@eoson.co.za) as soon as possible.
