Admission requirements

  • Admission to the university requires an endorsed senior certificate.
  • The admission requirement for the BScAgric degree is Grade 12 Mathematics with a pass rate of at least 40%.
  • For admission to the BAgric degree, a pass rate for Grade 12 Mathematics on Standard Grade or Mathematics N4 must be achieved.
  • For admission to the DiplAgric, a Grade 12 certificate or a minimum M-score of 28 must be achieved.

Each of these degrees can be followed by postgraduate honours, master's, and doctoral degrees These postgraduate qualifications make our students very competitive in the international arena.
