Follow the instructions below. This is also the assignment for this module. See the marking rubric on Google Classroom.
Open your Google Drive (see links above for guidance). Create a folder called "[Your Name & Surname] Teach Online", e.g. "John Smith Teach Online". Share this folder with teachonlineslp@gmail.com, giving viewing, not editing rights (click here for guidance).
Within this folder create a folder system that suits your needs for teaching the topic you decided on in Module 4. Make sure this follows the guidelines given in the 5-page-course on File management.
Upload or create the following 3 documents at an appropriate place in this folder:
[Your Name & Surname] Collaborative Document. Share this such that anyone with the link can edit (click here for guidance). Make this a collaborative document similar to the document we used for the Question task (click here to see it). In the document give learners an instruction for collaboration related to the topic you have chosen to teach.
[Your Name & Surname] Commenting Document. Share this such that anyone with the link can comment. In the document, provide learners with instructions.
[Your Name & Surname] Notes. Share this such that anyone with the link can view (click here for guidance). This could be notes, or a PowerPoint / Slides document similar to those given as examples in the Pedagogy task (click here for an example).
Upload any other material you want to use for teaching this topic. Make sure you upload it to sub-folders according to the guidelines given in the 5-page-course on File management.
Send an email to teachonlineslp@gmail.com.
Subject: Links to documents.
Message: Here are the links to my documents:
Add links so that when the receiver clicks on "Collaborative Document" they will go to your Collaborative Document, when they click on "Document for comment" they will go to the Document for comment, and when they click on "Notes Document" they will do go the Notes Document. Click here for guidance.
In Google Classroom press 'Mark as done' to show that you have finished all these instructions.
